Refund policy

Every product sold here is an instant digital download. Because the files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or because a guide covered something other than what you hoped.

If your download does not work

That is a different matter and it gets fixed. If your download fails, arrives incomplete, will not unzip, or is missing files, email hoodsfinds@gmail.com with the order number and which product it is. You will get a working download. A working copy of the files is the remedy - that is what was purchased and that is what will be delivered.

Wrong item

If you were sent the wrong product, say so and the correct one will be sent.

Each product page lists what is included. If you are unsure whether a volume covers what you need, ask first - hoodsfinds@gmail.com. Questions before purchase are welcome and cost nothing.
